Spherion Fort Myers is seeking a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative dedicated to join a dynamic family owned Insurance Agency. We are looking for the next generation of Personal Lines customer service agents with an active 220 or 440 license. We seek individuals who are professional, reliable, and eager to grow into long-term roles as the future leaders of the company. In-office working hours are Mon-Fri 8:00am – 4:45pm. Compensation is based off experience and license held.
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
Conducting reviews of existing client coverage to identify opportunities for account rounding and replacement coverage.
Making necessary adjustments, corrections, and revisions to policies in response to changes.
Handling the renewal process, including invoicing and updating client information in the system.
Engaging with clients to discuss and provide quotes for new business.
Performing additional tasks as assigned.
