Internal Advisors Team Job Responsibilities:

As an Internal Service Advisor, you will be the vital link between sales and service. You will be responsible for understanding their needs, providing solutions, and ensuring a seamless flow of communication across departments.

Job Requirements:

Proven track record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction The individual must possess a high degree of personal ownership and accountability The individual must possess a high degree of integrity and professionalism The ability to work in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated enthusiastic presence in a team environment Team Player Excellent communication skills Reynolds and Reynolds experience is a plus Consistent and stable work history Valid in-state driver’s license High school diploma or GED equivalent required Pre-employment background check, and drug-screen required prior to being hired Professional appearance and work ethic Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Additional responsibilities include:

Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for parts and labor. Dispatch the work in a timely manner Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day Update the customers on the status of their vehicles Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order Ensure that the invoices are closed in a timely manner Why Join Us?
