Successful applicants:
Enjoy working with people and being outside Have Kayak or SUP experience (preferred) Are age 25 and up with a clean driving record Can lift 50 pounds Are reliable, punctual and available on weekends Previous experience in the outdoor recreation field or in a related customer service role is preferred. Individuals with a passion for educating others and sharing knowledge about southwest Florida’s coastal ecosystems are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities of our staff include:
Checking customers in, preparing the rental equipment, then launching and welcoming back kayaks and SUP customers. Shuttling kayak trailers between locations. Providing exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring visitor satisfaction.
