As an integral part of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service, assist clients with insurance inquiries, and promote our products and services. Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential to communicate effectively with our diverse client base. Previous experience in the insurance industry, particularly with auto and commercial lines , is preferred. Key Responsibilities Handle incoming customer calls with professionalism, answering inquiries about policies, billing, and claims. Initiate outbound calls for follow-ups, ensuring timely resolution of issues and promoting additional products and services. Provide clear and accurate information regarding insurance policies, billing, and coverage options. Assist in processing auto and commercial insurance quotes, renewals, and updates to policies. Resolve customer concerns efficiently, striving to provide solutions in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of service. Engage with clients to identify needs, offer tailored insurance solutions, and maximize cross-selling opportunities. Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions. Work closely with internal teams to escalate complex issues and provide ongoing support. Ensure compliance with all company policies, insurance regulations, and customer privacy guidelines. Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated with industry trends and product knowledge. Represent UniVista Insurance with professionalism in every customer interaction. Qualifications Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency is required. 2+ years of experience in the insurance industry , with a focus on auto and commercial lines preferred. Must hold a 220 or 440 insurance license (or willingness to obtain one). High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus. Strong computer skills with familiarity in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and industry-specific software. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong ability to solve problems and clearly explain solutions. Previous customer service experience, preferably in an insurance environment. Professional, courteous, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Must have reliable transportation. Ability to work collaboratively with team members and across departments. Compensation Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.
