Wild About Popcorn seeks a friendly, detail-oriented, and reliable team member to join our store. This role is responsible for preparing a variety of popcorn flavors, bagging and labeling products, serving customers at the counter, and maintaining inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in cleanliness and presentation, and provides outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Production:

Prepare popcorn in various flavors according to recipes and safety guidelines

Bagging & Packaging:

Portion, bag, seal, and label popcorn products for retail and wholesale orders

Customer Service:

Greet customers warmly, provide samples, answer product questions, and process purchases at the counter

Inventory Management:

Track stock levels of ingredients, packaging supplies, and finished products; notify management when restocking is needed

Store Presentation:

Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing workspace and front-of-house area

Quality Control:

Ensure all products meet company standards in flavor, freshness, and packaging

Teamwork:

Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and prepare for events or special orders

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in food service, retail, Bakery, or production is a plus Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Excellent communication and customer service skills Committed and punctual Ability to follow recipes and safety procedures precisely

Schedule:
