Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Sales Representative. This role is integral to our operations, serving as the first point of contact for our valued customers and ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to order completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and manage incoming calls and emails, providing prompt and courteous assistance to customer inquiries. Deliver excellent customer service, addressing questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy. Prepare and provide accurate estimates to customers, helping them make informed purchasing decisions. Manage inventory orders to ensure stock levels meet customer demand. Process payments efficiently and accurately, maintaining detailed records. Schedule jobs and coordinate with teams to ensure timely project execution. Utilize software tools such as QuickBooks, Outlook, and Google Sheets to manage tasks and communications. Greet walk-in customers, assist with their orders, and provide product information. Qualifications:
