The Service BDC Representative will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound phone calls, email and chat inquiries from customers related to scheduling service appointments, answering service questions, and providing exceptional customer service experience. The Service BDC Representative should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, be detail-oriented and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Pay:

$15 per hour, plus commission Responsibilities Responding to inbound and outbound calls, email and chat inquiries from customers related to scheduling service appointments and answering service questions. Providing exceptional customer service experience by following a customer-first approach. Ensuring that all customer inquiries are handled promptly, accurately, and professionally. Updating and maintaining customer records and ensuring that they are accurate and up-to-date. Promoting service specials and programs to customers. Following up with customers to ensure that they are satisfied with their service experience. Collaborating with the service department to ensure that all customer inquiries are handled promptly and accurately. Performing other duties as assigned by the Service Manager. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office, email and chat platforms. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
