Full Job Description Job Summary:

As a Call Center Operator at our educational institution, you will be the vital first point of contact for students, parents, staff, and visitors. Your primary responsibility is to handle incoming calls professionally, provide accurate information, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.

Responsibilities:

Call Management:

Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously using a multi-line phone system. Provide general information about school programs, schedules, policies, and events.

Customer Service:

Assist callers with inquiries regarding enrollment, attendance, tuition, and school services. Handle and resolve complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy.

Administrative Support:

Maintain accurate call logs and records of inquiries. Schedule appointments for parents/guardians with school staff as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills. Professional and patient phone demeanor.
