The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Manage account inquiries and provide timely responses to customer requests. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions. Utilize project management skills to oversee customer-related projects from initiation to completion. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using Salesforce or similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools. Analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement in service delivery. Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless integration of customer service and sales efforts. Provide support in the sales process by answering questions and guiding customers through product offerings. Develop strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business. Experience Previous experience in customer service or account management is preferred. Familiarity with project management principles is a plus. Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software is highly desirable. Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences. A background in Avimark is advantageous but not required.
