Responsibilities Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person Provide information about products and services Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately Maintain customer records by updating account information Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint Utilize computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or inquiries Experience Prior experience in customer service or related field preferred Proficient in data entry and computer systems Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Ability to handle cash transactions accurately is a plus Multilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse customers Familiarity with sales processes is beneficial
