Key Responsibilities Customer Interaction :
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information about services, pricing, and scheduling.
Appointment Coordination :
Schedule service appointments, dispatch technicians, and manage the service calendar to optimize efficiency.
Issue Resolution :
Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
Data Management :
Maintain accurate customer records, process service requests, and update CRM systems with relevant information.
Team Collaboration :
Work closely with technicians, service managers, and other team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Sales Support :
Assist with upselling services or products, such as maintenance plans or accessories, when appropriate.
Administrative Tasks :
Perform general office duties, including processing payments, generating invoices, and preparing reports as needed.
Qualifications Experience :
Minimum of 1-2 years in a customer service role, preferably in HVAC, home services, or a related industry.
Education :
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in customer service is a plus.
Skills :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with CRM software is preferred. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
