Lab Customer Service Representative Position Available In Leon, Florida

Lab Customer Service Representative Animal Genetics Inc 3382 Capital Circle NE, Tallahassee, FL 32308 We are seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Representative to join our lab! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. •Ability to fluently speak Spanish is a plus Must be willing to learn about the genetic testing that we offer for birds, dogs, and horses. This includes dog/horse coat color and disorder testing as well as bird disease testing. Your primary job will be to answer the telephone and directly speak with our customers during our business hours which are 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and complaints, primarily via telephone Provide information about the products and services offered Walking clients through genetic consultations Document and update customer records based on interactions and documents submitted Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services Enter data of samples received into our company database

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service or in a science-related field preferred but not required Ability to rapport with clients Ability to prioritize and multitask required Proficient at typing Positive and professional demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail Weekend availability is preferred. You must be able to work in-person.
