We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative/Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities:

Greet clients and provide excellent customer service, both in person and over the phone—even when handling challenging situations. Schedule appointments, check out clients, and manage orders. Put up clothing and keep the front area tidy and organized. Read and respond to emails, send out estimates, and handle basic order management. Assist with updating marketing materials using preset templates. Support the team as needed, especially during busy seasons. Learn the basics of garment construction terms to communicate effectively with clients.

Requirements:

Prior customer service experience preferred. Enjoys interacting with clients and can remain professional and courteous with all personalities. Computer literate and comfortable with email and basic office software. Familiarity with basic garment construction terms is a plus. Outgoing, task-oriented, and committed to treating clients with respect and care. Reliable and punctual—your presence helps us plan our workflow and serve our clients well. Willingness to help out wherever needed in a family business environment.

Schedule & Compensation:

Pay:

$13-$15 per hour, based on experience.

Hours:

10-15 hours per week.

Required availability:

At least three days a week, noon to 5 pm. Weekend shifts are preferred but not required. Part-time position.
