Overview CFS is seeking a dedicated and reliable after hours Customer Support Representative to join our team. This role is crucial in providing exceptional support outside of regular business hours. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions. Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately. Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams as needed. Maintain a strong understanding of our products/services and company policies. Ensure customer satisfaction through empathetic and helpful communication. Potentially handle other related tasks as assigned. Qualifications Proven experience in customer support or a related field.
