Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Customer focused Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, automotive service is a plus, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assess their service needs
• Write service orders and descriptions of problems reported by customers
• Communicate with technicians about vehicle problems and repair timelines
• Provide estimates for labor and parts costs to customers
• Upsell additional services or products based on customer needs
• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the service process

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in service writing or automotive service is preferred
• Knowledge of oil changes, suspension, and transmission systems is a plus
• Ability to effectively communicate technical information to customers
• Strong sales skills with a focus on customer service
