Position Overview:

The Client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide high-quality support to Florida high school and college students. The representative will assist callers with inquiries related to state-funded scholarships and grants. This is a full-time, short-term assignment with potential for renewal based on performance and funding.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to incoming calls from students, parents, and other stakeholders regarding Florida scholarships and grants. Provide clear, accurate, and empathetic information related to financial aid eligibility, application processes, and deadlines. Use internal systems and databases to retrieve and enter information accurately. Maintain professionalism and composure when dealing with stressed or upset callers. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to supervisory staff when appropriate.
