Client Enrollment Representative:
Act as the first point of contact for customers and clients, providing customer service and sales support, relaying information about our services, and addressing client inquiries/concerns Initiate and maintain outbound communications with potential clients via face to face visits accompanied by phone and/or email communication when necessary Collaborate with internal customer service and sales teams to provide timely and accurate information to clients Maintain a high level of professionalism and a positive attitude in all client, customer, and co-worker interactions Conduct on the ground market research, following industry trends and competitor activity, while collecting feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement Qualifications of a
