Anthony’s Cooling, Heating & Electrical is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team. You’ll play a critical role as the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring smooth communication between clients and our service team.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls on a multi-line phone system with professionalism and care Schedule and dispatch service appointments accurately and efficiently Maintain detailed and accurate customer records within our service software Communicate effectively via phone, email, chat, and text with clients and team members Resolve customer inquiries and concerns in accordance with company policies Provide consistent follow-up to ensure a positive client experience Support the Service Department with administrative and operational tasks as needed Collaborate with management to stay informed on current products, services, and procedures

Preferred Experience:

Previous experience in HVAC, home services, or a similar industry is a plus Knowledge of ServiceTitan or similar CRM/dispatch platforms preferred Strong computer skills and familiarity with scheduling software Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced office or call center Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure Strong team player with a proactive and professional demeanor
