Customer Care Representative We are seeking a Customer Care Representative to join our team and provide exceptional service to our valued customers. If you enjoy working with people and pets, have excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this opportunity is perfect for you.
Responsibilities:
Welcome customers with a warm and friendly demeanor, answering phone calls, and addressing inquiries. Schedule grooming appointments and manage the salon’s appointment calendar efficiently. Recommend grooming services and products to customers based on their pets’ needs. Ensure accurate check-in of pets, documenting their details and specific requirements. Handle check-out procedures, including collecting payments and providing information on services rendered. Maintain a clean and inviting reception area, creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers. Demonstrate a positive and cheerful personality, making customers and their pets feel comfortable and valued. Adapt to a fast-paced environment, multitasking effectively while paying attention to details. Embrace feedback and opportunities for growth and improvement.
Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience is preferred. Genuine love for dogs and a passion for their well-being. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently. Ability to handle pets with care and ensure their safety and comfort. Open-mindedness and willingness to learn and grow. Full-time or part-time availability.
Hourly pay rate:
