Customer Service Associate / Cashier CC Landscaping Warehouse Plus Bradenton, FL 34212 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional service to our customers while efficiently handling transactions. Your ability to engage with customers and assist them with their needs will play a crucial role in creating a positive shopping experience. Duties Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with product selection. Conduct product demonstrations to enhance customer knowledge and promote sales. Maintain a clean and organized checkout area. Utilize POS systems effectively for processing sales and returns. Assist in stocking shelves and ensuring products are displayed attractively. Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. Support retail sales initiatives by promoting current promotions or loyalty programs. Experience Previous experience in a grocery store or retail environment is preferred. Familiarity with cash register operations and basic retail math skills. Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette. Ability to perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management. Experience in conducting product demos is a plus but not required.
