As a customer service representative, you’ll handle calls for many departments within a busy office setting. This is not a remote position, in person attendance is mandatory.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer a variety of calls including appointment requests, maintenance plan renewals, payments, registration requests, etc. Make outbound calls Answer chat requests on line Respond to website inquiries for appointments Enter and maintain customer data within the system Process maintenance agreements and invoice payments • Cross train to assist in supporting other office functions
Preferred Qualifications:
