Position Overview:

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who will be the main point of contact for our clients — whether by phone, text, or email. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role that requires excellent communication skills, follow-through, and the ability to stay organized while managing multiple priorities. You’ll play a key role in scheduling consultations, following up with leads, and ensuring every customer feels heard and supported throughout their experience with us.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer inbound phone calls, texts, and emails from potential and existing clients Proactively follow up with leads and clients via phone, email, and text Schedule client consultations and manage appointment updates Learn and retain product and service knowledge to answer client questions confidently (full training provided) Maintain accurate records using our CRM (Workiz) and internal systems Collaborate with technicians and team members to ensure smooth customer journeys Stay informed on updates to services, promotions, and client resources Provide thoughtful, empathetic, and efficient support to clients at all stages

What We’re Looking For:

Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent time management and organizational abilities Customer service experience required (2+ years preferred) High school diploma or equivalent required Comfortable with hybrid work environment (remote and occasional in-person collaboration) Tech-savvy and eager to learn (experience with Workiz and Google Drive a plus) Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a bonus, but not required A proactive mindset and positive attitude—we value team players who take ownership Why Join I Hate My Sink?
