Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or provide additional information. Accurately enter data into the system while maintaining attention to detail. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions. Analyze customer feedback and issues to identify trends and areas for improvement. Assist with cash handling processes as required, ensuring accuracy in transactions. Maintain professionalism and phone etiquette during all interactions with customers. Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve overall customer satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience in customer service or client-facing roles is preferred. Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
