Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Cold Caller with experience or background in the construction industry to generate leads, set appointments, and support our business development efforts. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, knowledge of construction terminology and workflows, and the ability to engage potential clients professionally and confidently.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound cold calls to potential clients. Identify and contact potential customers through cold calling, networking, and inbound leads Build and maintain a database of prospects. Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid sales techniques Build strong client relationships through follow-ups and excellent customer service Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Maintain detailed records of calls, meetings, sales activities in software Attend team meetings and contribute to strategy discussions

Qualifications:

Previous experience in construction , contracting, or related industries is strongly preferred. Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or inside sales is a plus. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficient in using CRM software and productivity tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Excel). Ability to understand and discuss basic construction terminology and project types.
