JOB DESCRIPTION

SUMMARY

OF POSITION

Ensure customers are greeted and assisted in a timely manner both over the phone and in person. Maintains and monitors appointment scheduling, receipt of payments, managing complaints/grievances and ensuring overall client satisfaction while checking in or out for services.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Assisting all clients, checking in, greeting at arrival Notifying staff of appointment arrivals Check client out/collecting co-pay Ensuring all clients are offered Office Summary of today’s appointment, education information, PIN numbers Post physician and therapy services as needed

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

Effectively communicate via written, verbal, in person and virtual methods. Great customer service skills, computer skills, and phone etiquette.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education Level High school diploma or GED required. Years of Experience Experience working in a clinical office setting and/or retail experience preferred. Certification/Licensure
