Customer Service Team Member:
Actively listen to customers, identify issues, and troubleshoot concerns with patience, empathy and professionalism, ensuring all inquiries are resolved promptly, in a face to face environment Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services in order to provide effective sales support and customer service solutions to our customers Assist customers in analyzing available products and services, making recommendations, placing sales orders, taking customer service calls, and scheduling installations Collaborate with sales, human resources, and management teams to resolve all customer issues and communicate important feedback for continuous improvement Accurately document all customer interactions in CRM systems, following up with customers as needed to ensure a smooth transaction process Qualifications of a
