CSR:

Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and efficiency. Accurately update customer records in internal databases. Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and concerns. Adhere to company training, protocols, and customer satisfaction standards. CSR:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a contact or call center environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Must be able to think quickly, solve problems, and adapt to dynamic situations Experience managing customer accounts and payment information preferred Familiarity with mortgage servicing, regulatory requirements, and Green Screen software (MSP, Premier) is a plus Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred This is a Temp-to-Hire position and the client offers benefits once Hired In.
