Payrate:
$18 per hour
Schedule Options Monday-Friday:
8-hour shift between 9 AM – 7 PM.
Monday-Thursday:
Set shift of 10 AM – 9 PM (1-hour lunch).
Job Requirements:
Fluency in English or Bilingual both English & Spanish (spoken, written, and read). 1-2 years of experience in a call center. Tech-savvy with proficiency in software programs and CRM systems. Inbound/outbound call experience required. Ability to pass a drug test and background check . Recent high school graduates with a high GPA or IB diploma may qualify without prior experience! Position Overview We are looking for both English Customer Service Representatives and Bilingual Customer Service Representative to assist with both inbound and outbound campaigns. This role requires professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle high-stress situations effectively. Key Responsibilities Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call performance metrics. Handle inbound calls and conduct outbound welcome/payment reminder calls. Assist borrowers with inquiries, verifying account information with compliance to data privacy regulations. Maintain accurate borrower records and update customer account information.
