We are looking for a Customer Service / Sales Support Representative to join our clients team and play a key role in delivering exceptional service while assisting with order processing, sales coordination, and occasional warehouse support. Spherion Staffing of Lake, Marion, and Sumter county has multiple openings for Customer Service/Sale Support Representatives located in Ocala, FL. These are temp-to-hire positions. The schedule is Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The pay rate is $14 to $16 per hour, depending on experience. The candidates in these roles will be responsible for customer service that includes sales assistant responsibilities and occasional support with warehouse shipping/receiving.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and process customer orders
• Provide exceptional customer service both over the phone and in person
• Support internal sales efforts
• Assist with warehouse shipping/receiving as needed Working hours: 8:00 AM
• 5:00

High School Experience:

1-4 years

Qualifications:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service or data entry
• Ability to work in various environments (office and warehouse)
