We’re seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Retention Specialists —a key role focused on maintaining and strengthening relationships with our current clients. This is an entry-level opportunity with hands-on training, a clear commission structure, and the ability to learn valuable skills in sales, customer service, account management, and payment processing.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Contacting clients with declined or failed payments to help them get back on track. Earning 20% commission on all recovered payments—real potential to make up to $1,000/weekly in addition to your base. Answering client questions and addressing concerns with the goal of retaining their business. Handling cancellation requests by re-pitching our services and reminding clients of the value we offer. Acting as the bridge between our business and our clients—helping solve problems, rebuild trust, and reinforce long-term relationships.
