Decker Avenue, Stuart, FL 34994 Billfish Air Conditioning is seeking a motivated, organized, and professional Customer Engagement Specialist to join our growing team. In this front-line role, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for our customers — answering calls, scheduling appointments, and ensuring each interaction is handled with care and urgency. Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming customer calls and messages Schedule service, sales, and maintenance appointments accurately Handle general customer inquiries and resolve concerns with empathy and professionalism Place outbound calls to follow up on leads, approvals, or open tickets Maintain clear and consistent communication with the internal team to ensure workflow accuracy Keep detailed and organized records of all customer interactions in our CRM (training provided) Assist with various office duties to support day-to-day operations Help maintain a clean and organized workspace
What We’re Looking For:
Prior experience in a fast-paced office setting (CSR, Appointment Scheduler, Front Office, etc.) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle high call volume with composure A positive attitude and strong customer-first mindset Willingness to learn new systems and adapt to changing priorities Must present professionally and work well both independently and in a team setting
