Position Overview As a Customer Service Lead , you will be the frontline champion for our program clients providing high-touch, responsive service while being responsible for order accuracy, problem resolution, and account support. This role blends hands-on operational oversight with proactive client engagement, ensuring order accuracy, timely fulfillment, and effective issue resolution. You will be directly responsible for receiving and submitting orders, tracking their status, coordinating with the warehouse team, and providing clients with timely updates. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, thrives in fast-paced, high-interaction environments, and communicates clearly and professionally across multiple departments to deliver exceptional customer experience Key Responsibilities Lead daily customer service operations supporting incubator program participants and iRemedy clients. Receive client orders, enter them into internal systems, and ensure prompt submission for fulfillment. Track order status from submission through delivery and follow up to confirm on-time, accurate fulfillment. Act as the communication bridge between the warehouse team, logistics partners, and the customer. Ensure timely and professional responses to client inquiries with accurate status updates. Mentor customer service representatives, fostering a service-first, problem-solving culture. Manage escalations related to order fulfillment, delivery, product inquiries, and compliance documentation. Coordinate closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to resolve issues efficiently. Track response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction. Assist with onboarding new incubator clients, helping them understand order workflows and service protocols. Document and continuously refine customer service SOPs aligned with the incubator’s growth-focused model. Provide hands-on support during peak periods, including late hours when necessary. Collaborate with sales, compliance, and supply chain teams to deliver great customer experience. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field OR High school diploma/GED plus with experience in customer service or logistics experience Customer Service experience, preferably in logistics, healthcare, or medical supply environments. 1+ years of team leadership experience in a high-growth or startup setting. Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable with escalation management. Working knowledge of CRM systems, excel, order management platforms, and shipping/tracking tools. Familiarity with healthcare compliance, order documentation, or product traceability is a plus. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with shifting priorities. Working Conditions Based at the iRemedy warehouse/ corporate office – in Stuart, FL. May require evening hours during high-volume periods or client onboarding waves. Role includes collaboration across warehouses, customer service, and logistics functions.
