We are seeking a customer service representative. The customer service representative will have exceptional customer care skills including verbal communication skills. Answering inbound calls
Updating client records in CMS
Answering client questions and resolving issues Working hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00

PM Skills:

Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
Excellent customer care skills
Exceptional communication skills
Organized
Previous customer service/call center experience preferred

Education:
High School Experience:

0-1 years

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent
