We are seeking a customer service representative. The customer service representative will have exceptional customer care skills including verbal communication skills. Responsibilities:

Answering inbound calls
Updating client records in CMS
Answering client questions and resolving issues Working hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00

PM Skills:

Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
Excellent customer care skills
Exceptional communication skills
Organized
Previous customer service/call center experience preferred

Education:

High School Experience:

0-1 years

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Proficiency in Oracle online at www.
