Our small, community-based repair shop is looking for a Service Writer to join our team and help keep our operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
Greet customers and accurately document vehicle concerns Communicate clearly between customers and technicians Schedule appointments and manage repair timelines Deliver excellent customer service from drop-off to pickup
