Eazy Grease is Florida’s trusted leader in used cooking oil collection and recycling. We take pride in providing reliable, efficient service—and we’re looking for an organized and adaptable Customer Service Rep/Administrative Assistant to help keep our office running smoothly. This is a multifaceted role . where you’ll support different departments and handle a variety of customer centric and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator. As a part of our team, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring daily operations run seamlessly while contributing to a productive work environment.

Responsibilities:

Handle various office tasks , including data entry, file organization , and correspondence management. Utilize Salesforce CRM for data management and customer & sales tracking. (Preferred but not required) Provide exceptional customer support through both phone and email interactions. Assist with admin tasks related to project management as needed/asked. Support the team with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.

Qualifications:

Proficient in clerical tasks with strong attention to detail. Bilingual ( English & Spanish ) Use Excel and Microsoft Office tools for reporting and data organization. High level of computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly. Strong customer support skills with effective phone etiquette.
