AT&T Customer Service Representative:
Actively communicate with business owners to share with them the products and services that are available to them within their area Process business orders accordingly based on the service they are requesting; Continue the process by tracking and managing the account, delivery, and activation of service Work with our team to collaborate on ways to enhance the customer and business experience Use the guidebook and product knowledge training to understand the new services available creating a diversity of skillsets and expertise in the tech field to be able to answer all questions Participate in team product training meetings to know when there are promotions and upgrades available
AT&T Customer Service Representative Skills:
