AT&T Customer Support Associate:
Customer Engagement:
Conduct presentations with prospective and existing customers, sharing detailed product and service information while addressing inquiries.
Consultative Sales:
Use consultative sales techniques to identify customer needs and present customized product and service solutions.
Relationship Building:
Develop and nurture customer relationships to encourage upselling opportunities and generate referrals.
Product Knowledge:
Provide insights on AT&T’s products and services to assist customers in making informed decisions.
Problem Solving:
Address customer concerns with professionalism and escalate issues to the appropriate department as needed.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of sales interactions and follow established processes for reporting and escalation.
