We are currently seeking a Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our busy medical aesthetic practice located in Coral Gables. At Careaga Plastic Surgery, we take pride in providing exceptional and personalized care to our patients. As a luxury plastic surgery center located in Coral Gables, Florida, we are dedicated to enhancing the beauty and confidence of our clients through cutting-edge surgical and non-surgical procedures. Our team of highly skilled professionals are committed to delivering outstanding results and ensuring the utmost comfort and satisfaction of our patients. Responsibilities (including but not limited to): Coordinate patient appointments and ensure timely and efficient care delivery. Verify and update patient information, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Charge patients for services rendered, create bills, and collect pre-payments using the appropriate payment categories. Schedule appointments outside of surgery appointments promptly and effectively. Contacting leads and responding to initial inquiries from external lead sources, booking consultations in the office. Direct calls to relevant departments, such as pre-op and post-op concerns, ensuring proper handling of patient inquiries. Handling basic patient questions and customer service inquiries, while providing exceptional service and support.

Requirements:

Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages. A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting. Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred, with at least 1 year of related experience. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Professional and presentable appearance with a friendly and welcoming demeanor. Must be a responsible and reliable individual with the ability to work well in a team.

Schedule:
Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays:

8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

Wednesdays:

8:30 am to 6:00 pm.

Fridays:

8:30 am to 2:00 pm.

Note:
