Duties:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our Medical Services
• Analyze customer needs in order to provide an excellent customer service to our patients, Provide accurate and detailed information about medical services
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions
• Meet or exceed our customer service Qualifications Strong customer service skills with a focus on phone etiquette Proficient in English, with excellent communication abilities Computer skills, including data entry and familiarity with relevant software Experience in a medical office setting is a plus Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable Knowledge of medical terminology and analytical skills will enhance performance in this role Summary As a Call Center Representative, you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service and support to our clients.
