In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include processing transactions, assisting with product inquiries, and promoting sales through upselling techniques. If you have a passion for customer service and retail sales, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in a timely manner. Process customer transactions accurately using the cash register. Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions while ensuring adherence to company policies. Communicate product information effectively to customers, addressing any questions or concerns. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Maintain a clean and organized checkout area. Assist in restocking shelves and merchandising products as needed Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain high standards of customer service. Requirements Previous experience in food sdevice or customer service is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing accurate change. Experience with upselling techniques is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. candidates are required. Must speak fluent English and Spanish.
