- hours for training will be discussed during interview process but likely 9am-5pm Mon-Fri or possibility of aligning with Mexico hours based on who will be training. After training will transition to Hybrid role
- 3 day on-site, 2 remote.
Job Description:
Required Skills:
- Portuguese and English required, Spanish is a plus.
This position involves reviewing and resolving client requests related to treasury, cash management, card services, or deposit products. Day to day activities will include being responsible for reading, analyzing and/or determining appropriate handling and resolution of requests. First point of contact for inquiries received in Latam (Mexico) Client Servicing department from high revenue clients via email or phone channel.
Duties Include:
You’ll review incoming client inquiries or service requests (via email or phone). Determine what kind of issue it is (e.g., payment issue, account access, card service). Resolving or Routing the Issue

g., update info, clarify a transaction). Coordinate with other departments (like tech support, operations, or compliance) to solve it.
