Client Services Representative Position Available In Miami-Dade, Florida

Client Services Representative Confidential Miami, FL 33142 Successful Client Services Specialist directly assists clients by providing support via email and phone in a professional manner. Respond to client inquiries regarding products, process, and quotes. The CSR Specialist will also generate invoices for daily shipments and follow up with clients. Must possess excellent communication and listening skills, attention to detail and accuracy are a must.

• Responding to clients overall inquiries; preparing quotes
• Generate sales reports
• Act as liaison between clients and internal departments
• Resolving client issues in a timely manner
• Maintaining communication with client on order status

Position Requirements:

• Five or more years experience with clients in a service support role
• Multi-task oriented with attention to detail and a successful and prompt completion of tasks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Spanish)
• A problem solver who can make the client feel that they are being heard and taken care of
• High School diploma and some college is a plus
• Bilingual (English and Spanish), other languages are a plus
• Good work ethics, patience, dependability, presentation skills, teamwork, communication/people skills required
• Familiar with AS9100 and ISO Quality programs would be an asset
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Internet navigating
