This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys working in and around a kitchen environment, takes pride in delivering high-touch service, and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality setting. In this role, you’ll serve as a key point of contact for clients, supporting both front-of-house service and back-of-house operations. You’ll coordinate client needs, assist with office and kitchen logistics, and help maintain the smooth flow of daily business activities. Ideal candidates are tech-savvy, hospitality-minded professionals who enjoy creating meaningful client experiences and working in a mission-driven food environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Care & Service Coordination Serve as the main point of contact for clients: manage emails, calls, and service requests Coordinate client onboarding and intake Manage weekly client menu approvals and update menus in the recipe management platform Monitor vacation holds and adjust internal schedules accordingly Address delivery issues by coordinating with drivers and internal teams Track invoices, client payments, and billing status using QuickBooks Administrative & Office Support Answer phones and manage correspondence Process weekly payroll through a third-party system Perform basic bookkeeping, including accounts receivable/payable and reconciling checking accounts Maintain HR records and help with employee documentation Keep the office clean, stocked, and organized Run errands and assist with office-related tasks Operational Support Communicate weekly kitchen schedules to staff Coordinate with delivery vendors and manage logistics Support catering and community events by liaising with clients and internal teams
QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred Experience:
2 + years in an administrative, hospitality, or client service role Strong command of QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and Google Docs Experience in a culinary or food-related environment is a plus Familiarity with CRM or recipe management software preferred Key Traits for

Monday-Friday, 8:00am-2:00pm (occasional evening/weekend availability for client needs) 2pm-7pm “on call”
