Your Role:

This is not a receptionist job. This is a frontline ambassador position in a next-generation wellness facility. You’ll be the one welcoming clients, managing their recovery plans, educating them on the science, and helping them stay consistent on their path to better performance and longevity.

Responsibilities:

Sales & Consultations Conduct client intakes and consultations Present

membership & package options with confidence and care Hit or exceed monthly sales targets (with support and training) Follow up with leads, referrals, and walk-ins to close new clients Client Experience & Support Deliver a luxurious, white-glove experience to every guest — from pro athletes to first-timers Greet and check-in clients, prep them for sessions, and manage flow between modalities Educate clients on the benefits of Cryo, Hyperbaric, Red Light, etc. Maintain a calm, professional, and high-touch environment at all times Session Management & Recovery Oversight Operate cryotherapy, red light, and other equipment (we’ll train you) Coordinate massage, cupping, or stretching appointments Track client preferences and recovery protocols Keep the facility pristine, organized, and always “premium”

What We’re Looking For:

1+ year of experience in customer service, wellness, spa, fitness, or sales Strong communicator with elite presence and emotional intelligence Highly organized and detail-obsessed Passionate about wellness, fitness, and human optimization Comfortable managing multiple clients and tasks with calm focus Tech-savvy (booking systems, POS, texting/email follow-ups) Bilingual (English + Spanish) a plus Comfortable working evenings/weekends

Physical Requirements:
