Client Support Representative:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers before, during, and after the point of sales by offering thorough and accurate information about products and services Assist customers with analyzing available options, placing orders, and scheduling appointments and installations Respond to all customer inquiries promptly and professionally during in-person visits Recommend products and services that adequately meet customer’s service needs and budget requirements Abide by all compliance policies and procedures when handling sensitive customer information to ensure all transactions meet necessary privacy and security requirements Qualifications of a

Client Support Representative:

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferred 1+ years experience in customer service, sales, and/or account management, preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well collaboratively as well as independently when needed Highly motivated, goal-oriented individuals with a desire to grow with a company long-term

Job Type:
Full-time Pay:

$50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

8 hour shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
