The Client Support Specialistwill serve as the face of our service, educating drivers on theirrepair options and assisting them through the scheduling andinsurance claim process. As a Client Support Specialist, you willplay a vital role in identifying windshield damage andcommunicating the benefits of immediate replacement. The idealClient Support Specialist is someone who thrives in face-to-faceinteractions, understands the importance of safety on the road, andcan confidently explain service offerings. The Client SupportSpecialist is also responsible for initiating the first point ofcontact, gathering essential customer information, and guidingindividuals through the claim and appointment process.
