We are interested in someone with prior insurance experience. This is a customer service-related position, so the applicant must work well with others. If you think you’re a good fit for this position, please apply! • ONLY 1 position available: 33174 Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with inquiries, policy changes, billing questions, and coverage explanations related to home insurance. Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their insurance needs. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our management system. Assist in preparing and submitting new business applications, ensuring all required documents are complete and compliant with underwriting guidelines. Coordinate with insurance carriers on behalf of clients to resolve policy issues, submit claims, or track application status. Skills Must be a team player- work culture is a priority for us! Must be bilingual; English & Spanish. Strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse clientele. Experience in client services or customer support roles is highly desirable. Competency in using computerized systems for data entry and account management. Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate documentation.
