As a CSR, you will be the link between our clients and suppliers, providing exceptional service and support across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain detailed records of customer/suppliers interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and provide appropriate solutions.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
