Customer Care Associate Confidential Doral, FL We are currently hiring a Customer Care Associate to focus on our business acquisitions and sales services of AT&T’s products and services available. Our customers care about the convenience and our Customer Care Associates make that happen. As a Customer Care Associate, you will connect with customers to introduce them to AT&T’s cutting-edge products and services. You will also be responsible for listening to their requests, providing solutions, recommending tailor products and anything else that can impact their successful experience. The Customer Care Associate plays a crucial role in walking customers through the entire sales process. Customer Care Associate :

Speak with customers and business partners directly and present AT&T’s products and services Work with customers to close their sales; this can also include upselling services, offering promotions, and/or simply educating customers on the differences between products available Build trust with customers by explaining everything in detail about their new product so they are fully informed Stay up to date on AT&T promotions, plans, and product features to rely the information confidently to customers Answer all questions, troubleshooting any complaints or requests and generate customer satisfaction Work with other departments to be well versed in all operations to expand skills and knowledge

Customer Care Associate Qualifications:

Prior experience in a customer service, sales, customer support, telecommunications or similar role Proven experience in a customer facing role Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities Bilingual skills are a plus Able to commute to our office in Doral Excellent organizational and time management skills Passionate about succeeding in a role and experience new skills to boarded experience
