Job Responsibilities Answer phones call Friendly and courteous approach in person or on the telephone. Responsible for confirming information on sales orders for delivery daily. Process incoming mail, hand it out to its recipients and process pick-ups for customers. Preparing coffee, snack baskets and tables for various events Performing various duties as directed by the Customer Service Manager. Assist customers with cases. Job Requirements Previous retail/customer service experience Stellar problem-solving skills Must be able to work weekends. Ability to listen carefully and actively.
